Autumn 2020 vermouth
Devuki 100% Emek Alona Alcohol: 16.6% Autumn Vermouth 2020 Devuki 100% Emek Aluna Alcohol: 16% Autumn Vermouth is part of a series of seasonal vermouths, each vermouth is an attempt to bottle a unique season experience in Israel as I experience it, all the ingredients are local, natural, Responsible picking, so the quantities are small each season. Autumn vermouth consists of indigenous Dabuki grapes harvested early and fermented with honey, the wine is Infused with plants, fruits and local resins collected in the fall of 2020, such as: date, carob, lemon, fig, Ela Eretz, yanbot, Hawthorn, myrtle , pine resin, wormwood, sage and more... Some of the fruits were fermented and some were soaked in date alcohol, and added to the base wine. The resulting vermouth is semi-dry, amber, rich and deeply flavored. The vermouth did not go through clarification or Filtration processes to maintain its rich texture. The labels of the Vermouth series were illustrated by Geffen Raffaelli.
